Just One of those Days...

I've mentioned before that I don't like whiners.  But for this post, I'm going to tell you about my day yesterday, and it will undoubtedly come off a little whiny.  It was just one of those days that makes you want to rip all your hair out.

4:30 - 5:30 a.m.:  Sam's alarm goes off.  I wake up and take Zoey outside and Sam gets ready for work.
Sam takes off for work and I'm already back to sleep with Zoey curled up right next to me. (Don't judge me for letting the dog sleep next to me.  If I put her back in her crate at this point, there will be no more sleeping for anyone.)
7:30 a.m.:  I hear Zoey moving around and turn to see her NAKED.  As in not wearing her doggy diaper that was on her the moment we got back inside from our potty trip at 4:30.  Did I mention she is in heat and it is disgusting?  Hello, spot on the sheets that I just de-spotted and washed two days ago.
8:00 a.m.:  Work on homework.
8:30 - 9:50 a.m.:  Eat cereal. Then waste time on the internet
9:50 a.m.:  Get the spots out of the sheets.
10:00 - 11:00a.m.:  Get in the shower.  Running late by this point. Get ready for school.
11:05-11:25 a.m.:  Finally leave for class after Zoey takes her sweet time doing her business outside.  Hit pretty much every red light (including a pedestrian crossing light) from here  to school and get stuck behind slow drivers.  Tucson drivers suck.
11:30 a.m. - 2:10 p.m.:  Get to class and learn that some of the homework I did was more of a "for your own good" assignment and not one that we needed to turn in.  Hooray for wasted effort.  Class starts and we have a ton to catch up on.  We're a day behind, so lots of lecture and note taking today.  Freak, it's cold in this classroom
2:15 p.m.:  Get out the gps, punch in the address for the Vehicle Emissions Test place and get sent in a huge, unnecessary loop.  Wasn't paying attention and turned right instead of left.  Shoot.  Might as well get some gas.  Only $3.33 at the ampm - not too shabby.  But they have a 45 cent charge for using your atm card.  Stupid.  Did I even save any money?
2:45 p.m.:  Found the emissions testing place and wait about 10 minutes in the "express lane."  Pass the emissions test.
3:00 p.m.:  Get home.  Something stinks.  Get Zoey out of her crate and take her outside.  She barfs twice and then does her business.  Come back inside and realize I forgot to put the milk away when I made my cereal.  It's been out for 6 and a half hours.  Yum.  That's not what stinks, though.  Check the crate and find more barf.  Zoey crawls under the couch and barfs again.  Clean up all the barf and put dirty stuff in the washer.
8:00 p.m.:  Sam gets home and we discover more barf (or maybe it's poop?) under the bed.  I make him clean it up because I've done more than my fair share today.

I'm stopping there.  You get the idea.
